We take our corporate social responsibility seriously and this is evident in the work we have done to develop our company policies including ethical trading, waste minimisation, sustainable procurement, equal opportunities and ethical conduct. We have integrated our policies into a single corporate social responsibility pack which is used to disseminate our company principles through the company and supply chain.

We consider the CSR pack as our statement to benchmark our new focus to ensure that we consider corporate social responsibility in everything we do and to ensure we show leadership through our supply chain.

Supply Chain

We believe that our business benefits from a sustainable supply chain. We achieve better returns through buying energy-efficient plant and equipment. We favour the use of recycled materials aggregates, we support local production, we employ a local workforce and we view suppliers favorably who share our own CSR views.
