Contract Details

• Demolition of six existing factory units
• Working with a team of 30 archaeologists to record old workings, prior to bulk excavation
• Working adjacent to River Tawe
• Working around a listed building
• Excavation and treatment of contaminated materials from old copper works (zinc and hydrocarbons)
• Excavation and processing of materials up to 3m deep
• Extensive excavation and crushing of old foundations etc, to provide clean cap
• Reprofiling of site to a single tier
