• Remediation of former sponge manufacturing site.
• The contract involved excavation and disposal of chemically contaminated ground- acids, carbon disulphide, arsenic, viscose, heavy metals, hydrocarbons.
• Excavation, selection, processing and replacing to 2m depth over the site including breaking out extensive foundations and underground structures.
• Eradicating extensive Japanese Knotweed contaminated areas.
• Re-profiling site,

• Capping with 300mm crushed/ imported hardcore.
