• Works carried out under 3 separate contracts
• Approx. 125,000m³ of earthworks
• Provision of a leachate drainage blanket using 15,500m³ of hardstone screened from scalpings waste at a nearby quarry
• Underlying worked clay liner 1m thick
• 60,000m² of Geomembrane, geotextile and HDPE liner
• Provision of new civil amenity site including installation of weighbridge and wheel washing facilities
• Provision of new haul roads into new cell
