CDM Co-ordination

Getting the right people for the CDM Co-ordinator (CDM-C) role and making an early appointment is particularly important, especially for clients with limited construction or health and safety expertise. Clients rely on the advice given by the CDM-C on matters relating to the competence of those who they intend to appoint, and the adequacy of the management arrangements made by appointees.

The Walters UK Ltd project management team has a unique representation from a wide range of disciplines from within the construction sector. We comprise civil engineering designers, purchasers, plant specialists, contractors, quantity surveyors, project managers and health and safety specialists, all of whom are available to provide advisory input to the CDM-C role.

We invest heavily in H&S and have several experienced individuals qualified for the CDM-C role including Simon Evans who is registered with the Association of Project Safety (APS) – see www.associationforprojectsafety.co.uk.
