We believe that one of the most important requirements for sound project management is the ability to manage the design process and risk. We employ design managers from both consultancy and contracting backgrounds, who are able to bridge the gap between design and construction.

Two of our most prestigious projects, Castlegate Redevelopment and Ffos Las racecourse are great examples of the successful implementation of design and construct contracts. Both projects comprised difficult ground conditions, with complex designs such as highway bridge structures.

As part of the design and construct projects, we often take responsibility for the statutory approvals, including highway agreements (S38 and S278), building regulations approval, and environmental agency approvals.
